I've had this set of speakers for a little over a year now. They have a decent amount of power to fill up a medium sized room. There is a lot of bass that comes from the subwoofer. The only downfall in this speaker system is that there is no separate volume control for the bass. Sometimes the bass is very overpowering. This system has a tremendous sound for how small it is. I plan on buying the Z323 next. From what I read, it is basically the same set of speakers but it has a control for the bass volume separately and has an extra five watts of power. I am worried that it will actually not be quite as loud because I will not have the speakers against a wall and they have tweeters on the back side also. When I get them I will do a comparison review. The z313 has a total of 25 watts RMS of power. The subwoofer has 15 watts and the satellite speakers have 5 watts each. The z323 has a total of 30 watts RMS power. The subwoofer has 18 watts and the satellite speakers have 6 watts each. I bought an extra set of Z 313 speakers to replace my sisters set of z 506 speakers. The z506 series is a little stronger in power and you can hear different specific instruments better, but it is a 6 speaker system that takes up a lot of space and has a lot of wires. In sound comparison, the z506 sounds a little more clear and is a little louder than the Z 313 but, the Z 506 cost is double that of this G 313 and the sound is definitely not twice as good. The Z 313 takes up a lot less space and is easy to clean around it when it comes to dust. The. Z313 is also much cheaper which makes it a better deal in my book. I would like to try the Z 523 also, as it has really good reviews. I'm afraid that the subwoofer is a little too big to fit on the shelf that I plan to place it on though. If it wasn't for size, I would have went with that set of speakers. But if you're looking for a good powerful set of speakers and have a limited amount of space to put them, tje z313 is excellent. I will try the Z 323 and write a comparison review though as both sets of speakers are roughly the same size.I added a picture of the front of both boxes that my z313s came in. When I bought the second set it came in a different box but it's the same set of speakers.
