So I bought this iPad because Back Market screwed me over and had to give me a refund for my iPad Pro 9.7. The problem with the other one was that the battery kept dying very fast. So I was skeptical about buying this one because I was worried I would have the same issue but when the amazon iPad came it looked basically new. I don't know if there is a problem with my chargers or if it's a problem with the iPad but it charges slowly. I've only had it for a day now so I can't say if the battery is as bad as my old iPad. Also, it came a day early than expected so that was nice. It was also wrapped snugly with bubble wrap in a cardboard box fit for an iPad. So far I have no complaints but will update if I find any significant issues.

UPDATE: Ive used the iPad for sometime now and the battery is DEFINITELY better than the previous iPad i had. I watched countless youtube videos, used my notes app to write, and played games on it and the iPad was only at around 60% which is pretty good considering my older iPad wouldve had to recharge after all the usage. I would recommend buying an iPad from this seller.

I just purchased thios Ipad and for the price it's on a very very good condition. It had some really small scartaches but nothing too excesive. It's 100% worth the purchase because your getting a really good device for a very low price. What's even more convenient it's under 200 dolars so import taxes don't affect in countries like mine (Colombia) so that makes it even better. I'm very greatful this offers is up because of how expensive ipad pro ipads are and giving digital artist like myself a chance to purchase a high quality product like this.

My Opinion: Get it! Super happy with this purchase of a used/refurbished iPad Pro 9.7 128GB through Lonestar Mobile. I got it in 2 days not 6 days as I was originally quoted. It made no sense for me to spend any more than 250 on something that my kid will probably end up using more than me. So this is perfect. The size is perfect for a kid. I think the newer ones are just too big for little hands.

I was nervous about the condition & battery drain issues from the reviews. I figured I had to try it out, for a couple hundred bucks, and I could always return it. Also, the battery can be replaced. But the battery is totally fine.

CONDITION: Nothing that is noticeable without really looking for it (surface scratches). The screen is perfect. I do love that I am buying a used device - it seems more earth friendly.

BATTERY: This one lasts 4 hours & takes 2 hours to fully charge. Not sure how long it should last, but out 10 yr old iPad 2 battery lasts for 8+ hours of use and it is the original battery. This battery can be replaced, but we haven’t noticed it being a problem for our casual usage.

PERFORMANCE: Fantastic. This is an incredible iPad Pro - with stereo speakers, laminated screen (means far less glare), seamless apple pencil interface, crisp images, vibrant colors, true tone, etc. Do I need all of the minor tech improvements that are in the brand new 2022 iPad Pros? NO. I don't even know I'm missing anything with this one as it is already such a high tech device. I don't care if this one has a bezel and the newer ones don't - actually having the bezel as a place to grab onto it makes more sense to me. You don't get fingerprints all over the edge of the screen you have to use.

STORAGE: I loaded this 128GB iPad Pro down with all of the photography, video editing, and design apps I could ever want, about 30 games/fun apps, as well as 6 full feature length movies downloaded, plus all of the original apps it comes with...and that used 31GB. Once I get artwork and videos on there to work with I will use up more space. But that might give you an idea of how much memory you will need. I say get the 128GB just because it isn't that much more. But getting any more than that is overkill for the average user..unless it is the same price or close to it.

ACCESSORIES INCLUDED: The charging block looks like the one that comes with the newer iPads, but it is not marked with any logos. They charged my iPad completely in close to 2.5 hours.

UPDATE: It has been 2 months and still agree this is an excellent buy. Got the Apple pencil and also have connected to my new Apple keyboard. Everything works perfect. So glad I took the “risk” and bought used off of here!

Screen quality is flawless other than a really small dent or two. I noticed a dead pixel, although with iOS 15.6 and dark mode, this was easily covered and no longer noticeable to the naked eye. As a gift for my mother, she absolutely loves it :). There was also an included manual on how to set up, and the charger works fine although the battery life isn’t very well. I wouldn’t really buy again because of the risk, but I love what I’ve received and can probably recommend in the future if you’ve no problem with spending less buck for good luck.

On the whole, after almost a year with the device, very happy with the quality and condition of the used I Pad Pro I bought from them! All works well, and iOS updates fine. No significant signs of wear.
Only real drawback is that the battery life was never “like-new”. Basically it needed a new battery when I received it. Only would last maybe 3 hours with normal usage, and now after a year of not heavy usage, it barely lasts an hour.

Its refurbished so was just expecting it to work. The silver part is scratched showing that it must have been dropped at some point in its life. The battery that came with it is not an original iPad charger, it a blue weird looking charger and it doesn’t work. I will have to get a charger and see if it works to charge it. If the ipad charger i get from the apple store doesn’t work then the problem would be the ipad and i will return it.
