I've drawn before, but I never started taking it seriously until now. I decided I'd look into something affordable since I don't have much to spend on art right now. I came across this tablet expecting it to function decently, but I was blown away with how well it actually performs. Using a drawing tablet for the first time, I can see why some people love digital art over traditional. The H640P is so smooth and has over 8000+ levels of pressure for pen strokes. Although there's no screen portrayed on the actual tablet, that didn't pose too much of an issue. For a beginner tablet, this is certainly worth the price I paid, and honestly I might've even paid more for it knowing it actually performs as well as it did. Highly recommend it if you're just starting off in art.

My son is quiet the artist. He taught himself how to use this tablet and I’ve seen his beginning drawings to his current drawings. Self taught and amazing. See photo of his last digital drawing. Easy to use easy to utilize that a 12 (he was 12 when he got it) can improve his skills with every drawing. Koodos to the maker of this graphic tablet

But I will say this: It works. And its better than the dirt cheap ones available elsewhere, in terms of portability, features and the pen.
I am a software developer, and I mostly use it for white boarding, annotations and a little bit of Illustrator. It does take time to get used to, but once there, you can write as good if not better as you do on paper.
It supports Windows Ink, so you dont have to worry about compatibility. I've used this on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Whiteboard, Miro, Freshpaint, Windows Screen Snip and Microsoft OneNote with no issues.
Whether this is worth the price for non-artist uses depends on you. Decide for yourself based on what you are going to use it for.
