I’m giving this a 3 star because it is a high quality and reliable monitor but two issues make this very hard to live with. 1. The Volume does not go low enough. We have only ever used volume level 1 or 2 on the scale. Why this is a problem is that every nose baby makes wakes us up. If he starts to really cry we need to hear that. Not ever squeak, fart and babble. On high volume the neighbors can probably hear him.
2. Screen brightness is a similar issue as volume. This thing lights up the room. Does the display need to be daylight readable? No. So why does it look like a beacon in the bedroom at night?
This has a ton of features and most of them we don’t use. But the things you see and deal with every night are what drives me crazy about this high end unit.
