    Video saved in invalid format

    Very often (recently, ever) is not possible to play a recorded video in both devices SD andò smartphone. May I know what is the problem andò how to solve it? Many thanks.

    E511s problem

    Purchased this drone at xmas, now with the fine weather around we ventured outdoors with our son.. but problems occured with the drone not taking off.. tried all the reset and trouble shooting but still no luck.. on the third attempt we started to smell a burning odour from the drone.. on checking the device noticed the casing as smoulder with overheated motor.. very hard to contact eachine etc.. not really happy or impressed.

    E511S GPS vlan (wi-fi) connection problem !!!

    E511s Gps drone arrived with cargo yesterday. I can't make a wlan connection for 2 days. I tried with 4 different phones but all of them have "authentication error". I don't know why, and it's very annoying. What should I do about this?
